- **Talent Placement** — direct hire of pre-vetted Southeast Asian tech talent. One-time fee of 2x the candidate's monthly salary, with a 30-day replacement guarantee.
- **Employer of Record (EOR)** — hire full-time employees without a local legal entity. USD 300 / employee / month, all-inclusive (compliance, payroll, benefits, tax).
- **Payroll Management** — payments, invoicing, and tax documentation for contractors. USD 30 / contractor / month.
