# Backend Engineer (.NET)

## About This Role

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using **C# and .NET**.
- Develop and maintain **RESTful APIs** and system integrations between internal and external applications.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot **T-SQL queries and stored procedures**.
- Develop unit tests using **xUnit and Moq**, following **Test-Driven Development (TDD)** practices.
- Deploy and maintain applications using **Microsoft Azure** services, including App Service, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Cache for Redis, and Application Insights.
- Use **GitHub and GitHub Actions** for version control, CI/CD, and deployment.
- Apply **SOLID principles and Dependency Injection** using Autofac or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an **Agile/Scrum environment** to deliver features and improvements.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.



## What We're Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems**, or a related field.
- Minimum **5 years of professional experience in backend development using C# and .NET**.
- Strong experience in **RESTful API development and system integration**.
- Strong proficiency in **T-SQL**, including complex queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with **TDD and unit testing using xUnit and Moq**.
- Hands-on experience with **Microsoft Azure**, particularly App Service, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Cache for Redis, and Application Insights.
- Experience with **GitHub and GitHub Actions** for version control and CI/CD.
- Good understanding of **SOLID principles and Dependency Injection**, with experience using Autofac or similar frameworks.
- Comfortable working in an **Agile/Scrum environment**.
- Good **English communication skills**, with the ability to communicate with business stakeholders and understand technical requirements.
