# Lead Engineer – LVM / Linux

## About This Role

- Take technical ownership of Linux BSP and embedded platform development.
- Work closely with India-based engineering teams and international stakeholders to drive technical activities.
- Analyse system requirements, architecture/design documents, implementation, and test plans.
- Develop and maintain Linux BSP, Yocto, and embedded build systems.
- Work on kernel, device drivers, bootloader, and device tree development.
- Support platform bring-up and middleware integration.
- Work with QNX and other embedded POSIX-based operating systems.
- Contribute to hypervisor, virtualization, and guest OS integration.
- Analyse system issues, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution.
- Participate in system integration, debugging, and validation activities in China.
- Build and maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.



## What We're Looking For

- **8+ years of experience** in Linux BSP, Yocto, and embedded build systems.
- Strong experience with **Linux kernel, drivers, bootloader, and device tree**.
- Experience with **QNX or embedded POSIX systems**.
- Hands-on experience in middleware integration and platform bring-up.
- Experience with hypervisor/virtualization and guest OS integration.
- Strong understanding of embedded system architecture.
- Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills in **Chinese and English (oral and written)**.
- Willingness to travel to **Huzhou** on a frequent or need basis is a must.
- Preferred location: **Huizhou**; second preference **Shenzhen**.
