# Lead Engineer – Middleware

## About This Role

- Take ownership of middleware architecture, development, and integration activities.
- Collaborate with India-based engineering teams and China-based Tier-1 suppliers.
- Work on **QNX RTOS and QNX Hypervisor** environments.
- Support integration between middleware, operating systems, and vehicle platforms.
- Work with **Android Automotive OS**, VHAL, and HAL interfaces.
- Support **Adaptive AUTOSAR** integration.
- Develop and integrate communication services using **SOME/IP**.
- Support integration with Safety Island (SAIL) and MCU-based Classic AUTOSAR components.
- Analyse system behaviour, debug issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Work cross-functionally with system engineering, software integration, and validation teams.
- Participate in vehicle testing and validation activities in China.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.



## What We're Looking For

- **8+ years of experience** in automotive middleware/software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with **QNX RTOS**.
- Experience with **QNX Hypervisor**.
- Strong understanding of **Android Automotive OS, VHAL, and HAL interfaces**.
- Knowledge of **Adaptive AUTOSAR**.
- Strong experience with **SOME/IP**.
- Experience integrating middleware with Safety Island (SAIL) and MCU/Classic AUTOSAR.
- Strong embedded software and system integration experience.
- Good debugging and root cause analysis skills.
- Automotive experience is highly preferred.
- Good **Chinese and English communication skills**, oral and written.
- Willingness to travel frequently or on a need basis to **Huizhou** is a must.
- Preferred location: **Huzhou**; second preference **Shenzhen**.
