## About This Role

- Gather and understand client and business requirements to create effective user experiences.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites and digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Proactively recommend design improvements and user experience solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure consistency across design systems and user interfaces.
- Conduct UX research and usability improvements when required.
- Deliver pixel-perfect designs with strong attention to detail.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.



## What We're Looking For

- Minimum **3 years of experience** as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and platform design projects.
- Proficiency in **Figma** and other modern design tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
- Ability to independently analyze project requirements and propose effective design solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in **English** (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working remotely with an international team.
- Available to join within **1 month**.
