- **Talent Placement** — direct hire of pre-vetted Southeast Asian tech talent. One-time fee of 2x monthly salary, 30-day replacement guarantee.
- **Employer of Record (EOR)** — hire full-time employees without a local entity. USD 300 / employee / month, all-inclusive.
- **Payroll Management** — payments, invoicing, and tax docs for contractors. USD 30 / contractor / month.

EOR is directly operated in Indonesia and supported in 100+ countries through a vetted global partner network.
