# Employer of Record (EOR)

Hire full-time employees in Southeast Asia (and 100+ countries) without setting up a local legal entity. RainTech becomes the legal employer and handles compliance, payroll, benefits, and tax.

- Price: The EOR fee is 30% of monthly gross salary, minimum US$100, maximum US$300 per employee per month. Gross salary means base salary plus fixed allowances; THR, bonuses and overtime are not included. At IDR 17,900 per US dollar, a salary of IDR 6M costs about US$101 a month, IDR 10M about US$168, and anything from about IDR 17.9M upward is US$300, which covers every mid-level and senior engineer. The salary itself and the statutory BPJS contributions are billed separately at cost. Invoices are in US dollars: salary, BPJS and the fee are converted at Bank Indonesia's JISDOR rate on the invoice date, with no FX markup.
