We are looking for a Sales Executive based in Indonesia to drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients in the UAE market. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven professional with experience in B2B sales, IT services, or software development. You will play a key role in expanding our presence by selling custom software development services to businesses in need of tailored tech solutions.
• Identify and generate leads for potential clients in the UAE market. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in tech-driven industries such as fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and enterprise solutions. • Understand client needs and propose custom software solutions that align with their business goals. • Conduct outbound sales via email, calls, LinkedIn, and networking events. • Collaborate with the technical team to create compelling proposals and presentations. • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. • Provide regular sales reports and insights on market opportunities.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or IT sales (preferably in software development or SaaS). • Strong network and understanding of the UAE business and tech ecosystem. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to explain complex technical solutions in simple business terms. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote setting. • Proficiency in English. • Previous experience selling custom software solutions, digital transformation services, or enterprise software is a plus.
