Our talent sourcing fee is 2x the candidate's monthly salary, paid as a one-time fee when the candidate accepts your offer. There are no upfront costs, no retainer fees, and no hidden charges. For example, if you hire a developer at $3,000/month, the placement fee is $6,000.
We specialize in tech roles including: Software Engineers (frontend, backend, full-stack), Mobile Developers (iOS, Android, React Native), DevOps and Cloud Engineers, Data Scientists and ML Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, and QA Engineers. We cover junior to senior levels across all stacks.
If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within 30 days of their start date, we'll find you a replacement at no additional cost. This covers voluntary resignation, termination for cause, or mutual agreement that the fit isn't right. It doesn't cover layoffs or budget cuts on your side.
Our vetting process includes: technical assessments tailored to the role, English proficiency evaluation (CEFR B2+ for client-facing roles), portfolio and work history verification, reference checks from previous employers, and culture fit evaluation based on your requirements.
Absolutely. After we present shortlisted candidates, you have full control over your interview process. We can help coordinate scheduling across time zones and provide interview feedback tools. Most clients conduct 2-3 rounds of interviews before making offers.
Once you select a candidate, we facilitate offer negotiation and acceptance. For direct employment, you'll handle the employment relationship directly. If you need help with employment in Indonesia, we can transition them to our EOR service. We remain available for any questions during the transition.
