For Talent Sourcing and Payroll Management, we support candidates and contractors from Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Our team has deep expertise in local employment laws, tax regulations, and cultural practices.
Our average placement time is 2-4 weeks from initial consultation to offer acceptance. For EOR services, we can have employees onboarded and compliant within 24-48 hours after they accept their offer.
No. With our Employer of Record (EOR) service, we act as the legal employer on your behalf. This means you can hire full-time employees in Indonesia without establishing your own local entity, saving significant time and legal costs.
