An Employer of Record is a third-party organization that becomes the legal employer of your team members in Indonesia. RainTech handles all employment responsibilities including contracts, payroll, taxes, and compliance with Indonesian labor law, while you maintain day-to-day management and direction of the employee's work.
Our EOR service is currently available in Indonesia. We have deep expertise in Indonesian employment law, tax regulations, and BPJS requirements. We are actively expanding to other Southeast Asian countries - contact us to learn about our expansion timeline.
We can complete employee onboarding in Indonesia within 24-48 hours after offer acceptance. This includes generating compliant employment contracts in Bahasa Indonesia, setting up payroll, registering for BPJS (health and employment insurance), and creating access to our employee portal.
The $300/month fee includes: compliant Indonesian employment contracts, monthly payroll processing, PPh 21 tax withholding and filing, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan contributions, statutory benefits administration, HR support, employee portal access, and termination handling. Employee salaries and benefits are invoiced separately.
We provide all statutory benefits required by Indonesian law including BPJS Kesehatan (health insurance), BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (employment insurance covering work accidents, death, old age savings, and pension), and mandatory paid leave. We can also administer additional benefits like supplemental health insurance or professional development budgets.
You maintain full control over the employee's day-to-day work, assignments, and performance management. RainTech handles administrative employment functions only. The employee reports to you, uses your tools and processes, and is part of your team culture. We're invisible to your operations.
We handle terminations in full compliance with Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan). This includes proper notice periods, severance calculations based on years of service, final pay processing, and all required documentation. Our HR team guides you through the process to minimize legal risk.
