Role Overview

As the Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and expanding our client base. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder, contribute to the company’s vision, and build the foundation for our success. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our headhunting and EOR services to a global audience.

Job Description

Business Development: ◦ Research and identify potential clients in need of headhunting and EOR services. ◦ Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities. ◦ Conduct market analysis to identify trends, client needs, and competitive insights. Client Relationship Management: ◦ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. ◦ Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions to meet their needs. ◦ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Sales Support and Revenue Growth: ◦ Assist in achieving sales targets by identifying leads, preparing proposals, and supporting deal closures. ◦ Collaborate with the founder to create compelling presentations and marketing materials. ◦ Participate in negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Collaboration and Strategy: ◦ Work closely with the founder to refine the company’s growth strategy and service offerings. ◦ Provide insights and feedback to improve processes, services, and client experience.

Job Requirements

Experience: ◦ 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR services. ◦ Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Skills and Competencies: ◦ Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is a must. ◦ Strong understanding of headhunting, recruitment, and EOR services is a plus. ◦ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. ◦ Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. ◦ Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. ◦ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Education: ◦ No degree is necessary, but a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Personal Attributes: ◦ High level of professionalism and integrity. ◦ Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. ◦ Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. ◦ Willingness to travel occasionally for meetups with the founder or client meetings.
