About This Role
- •Provide accurate information to customers regarding shipping documents, pricing, cargo types, laycan, demurrage, laytime, and procedures
- •Prepare SPAL (Shipping Contract)
- •Create Shipping Instructions (SI)
- •Coordinate with Operations team for vessel movement updates
- •Coordinate with Finance team for invoicing and payments
- •Confirm billing and payment invoices with clients and vessel owners
- •Update shipment tracking data
- •Handle tasks assigned directly by management
What We're Looking For
- ✓SMA / Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
- ✓Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- ✓Proficient in Mandarin & English (spoken & written)
- ✓Minimum HSK Level 4
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Detail-oriented and well-organized
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office
