How We Use Your Data
We use your data to match you with relevant job opportunities, conduct AI-assisted screening (always reviewed by a human recruiter), facilitate interviews, and handle onboarding if you are placed. We may also use it to send you job notifications — you can opt out at any time.
Data Sharing
We only share your data where necessary to provide our services. If your profile is shortlisted for a role, we will share it with the relevant client company — and we will let you know before we do. We also work with trusted third-party technology and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. International Data Transfers
Your data is stored and processed in Indonesia. If you are based outside Indonesia, submitting your profile means you agree to this transfer. Where data crosses borders for any other reason, we take appropriate steps to keep it protected.
Data Retention
We keep your profile in our talent database for up to 2 years from your last activity. Before that period ends, we will reach out to confirm you'd like to stay on — if we don't hear back within 30 days, your data will be deleted or anonymised. If you are placed as an EOR employee, we retain your employment records for as long as required by Indonesian employment law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
