• •Lead architecture and modernization initiatives
• •Establish engineering best practices (code quality, reviews, testing)
• •Make pragmatic trade-offs balancing speed and scalability
• •Break down product initiatives into actionable tasks
• •Track progress using meaningful KPIs
• •Surface risks early and ensure predictable execution
• •Mentor developers through coaching and feedback
• •Drive ownership and structured thinking within the team
• •Implement core parts of the new system
• •Review PRs and guide refactoring
• •Improve workflows, including AI-assisted development

What We're Looking For

• ✓5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• ✓2+ years in leadership or strong product involvement
• ✓Strong system thinking & architectural capability
• ✓Data-driven mindset
• ✓Startup mentality with high ownership
• ✓Fluent in English (written & verbal)
