About This Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with a strong background in the HR industry and familiarity with the US/EU/APAC markets. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, confident in outreach efforts, and experienced in qualifying B2B leads. This role is fully remote but based in Indonesia, supporting business growth for RainTech.
What We're Looking For
- ✓Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR or similar sales/BD role
- ✓Experience in the HR industry (e.g. recruitment, HR tech, outsourcing)
- ✓Exposure to or understanding of US, EU and APAC markets
- ✓Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- ✓Based in Indonesia and able to work independently in a remote setting
