DevOps Engineer

About This Role

• •Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters (including Gardener-managed clusters) for internal services and customer workloads
• •Build and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
• •Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment workflows
• •Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, availability, and security
• •Collaborate with development teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• •Manage and improve our OpenStack-based infrastructure
• •Implement observability solutions (logging, metrics, alerting) across the platform
• •Contribute to incident response and participate in on-call rotations
• •Document infrastructure, processes, and runbooks

What We're Looking For

• ✓5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
• ✓Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, operations, troubleshooting, networking)
• ✓Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform strongly preferred; Ansible, Pulumi also valuable)
• ✓Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar)
• ✓Solid Linux systems administration skills
• ✓Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, etc.)
• ✓Experience with container technologies (Docker, containerd)
• ✓Scripting skills (Bash, Python)
• ✓Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• ✓Fluent in English
• ✓Nice to Have :
• ✓Experience with OpenStack (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone)
• ✓Knowledge of Gardener or other managed Kubernetes solutions
• ✓Experience with GitOps workflows and tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
• ✓Familiarity with networking concepts (BGP, VPNs, SDN)
• ✓Experience with GPU workloads and NVIDIA tooling in Kubernetes
• ✓Background in cloud provider operations or managed services
• ✓Interest in sustainability and green technology
