About This Role

Research and identify potential clients across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other APAC markets.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other business development channels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
Support outbound prospecting and follow-up activities.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
Collaborate with the Business Development and Recruitment teams to support client acquisition.
Maintain accurate records of leads and business development activities in the CRM.

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, International Business, Management, or a related field.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in conducting research and reaching out to prospective clients.
Familiar with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Interest in international business, recruitment, HR solutions, or Employer of Record (EOR) services.
Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is a plus but not required.
