About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Cost Controller with 3–5 years of proven experience in cost management within the construction or mining industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling all project-related costs to ensure alignment with budgeted targets and overall project performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial health by providing accurate reporting, forecasts, and actionable insights, while collaborating closely with procurement, engineering, and site teams.
What We're Looking For
- ✓• Indonesian Male, under 40 years old
- ✓• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field
- ✓• 3–5 years experience in project cost control (construction/mining preferred)
- ✓• Proficient in English (oral & written)
- ✓• Strong analytical and numerical skills
- ✓• Skilled in cost control tools and MS Excel
- ✓• Willing to be placed at the site & travel to Head Office as needed
