About This Role
We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and “hungry” Sales Manager from the CIS region, who is ready to become our client's key person in Asia.
What We're Looking For
- ✓Experience in sales within oil & gas or industrial B2B projects (project sales experience is highly valued).
- ✓Ability to reach the right decision-makers: who to call, how to approach, and how to negotiate.
- ✓English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- ✓Ambition and strong drive to earn (we value “hunters,” not “sitters”).
- ✓Existing connections in the oil & gas sector in Asia are an advantage.
- ✓Conditions:
- ✓Flexible compensation: base salary commission, or commission-only for those confident in their abilities.
- ✓Ongoing support and training from a team that has already “cracked” the South American market.
- ✓Opportunity to become the key Fixid representative in Asia.
