About This Role
We’re looking for a Delivery Division Head to lead, plan, and oversee all IT projects and technology services, ensuring they align with the company’s business strategy. The role is responsible for delivering digital initiatives on time, within budget, and meeting quality and business requirements. The company, established in 2006, is a solution integrator providing innovative digital solutions for the financial services, public sector, telecommunication, and other industries. 📍 Location: TCC Batavia Tower, Central Jakarta
What We're Looking For
- ✓Minimum Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Management, or related field.
- ✓PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile/Scrum Master preferred.
- ✓8-15 years in IT delivery/project management, with 3–5 years at a managerial level.
- ✓Experience delivering mobile banking and retail banking products.
- ✓Experience managing a team of at least 50 people.
- ✓Hard Competency:
- ✓1. Project & Program Management - Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- ✓Portfolio & program management (multi-project coordination).
- ✓Risk management & issue tracking.
- ✓2. IT Governance & Compliance - Implementation of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL).
- ✓Regulatory compliance (e.g., OJK, ISO 27001, GDPR, Indonesian PDP Law).
- ✓SLA & vendor contract management.
- ✓3. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- ✓Knowledge of requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases.
- ✓Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, Git, automation tools).
- ✓4. IT Service Management
- ✓Integration of delivery results with IT operations & support.
- ✓Incident, problem, & change management (based on the ITIL framework).
- ✓5. Enterprise Architecture & System Integration
- ✓Understanding application architecture, databases, infrastructure, and system integration.
- ✓Understanding middleware, API management, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- ✓6. Budgeting & Cost Management
- ✓Planning and controlling IT project budgets.
- ✓Cost-benefit analysis for technology investments.
- ✓7. Vendor & Outsourcing Management
- ✓Technical evaluation and negotiation with IT vendors.
- ✓Monitoring SLAs/OLAs, contracts, and third-party service quality.
- ✓8. Cybersecurity Awareness
- ✓Basic understanding of application and data security.
- ✓Integration of security aspects into the delivery process (secure SDLC).
