About This Role

Identify and develop new business opportunities across APAC markets.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and other business development channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct sales meetings, discovery calls, and presentations with potential clients.
Understand client hiring challenges and recommend suitable Recruitment and EOR solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
Collaborate with the Recruitment team to ensure successful client delivery.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's regional growth.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation platforms is an advantage.
Experience in Recruitment, HR Services, Employer of Record (EOR), SaaS, or B2B services is highly preferred.
