About This Role

Gather and understand client and business requirements to create effective user experiences.
Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites and digital platforms.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Proactively recommend design improvements and user experience solutions.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Ensure consistency across design systems and user interfaces.
Conduct UX research and usability improvements when required.
Deliver pixel-perfect designs with strong attention to detail.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing web and platform design projects.
Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
Ability to independently analyze project requirements and propose effective design solutions.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Comfortable working remotely with an international team.
