Senior Backend Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using modern technologies.
• Develop reliable, high-performance systems with a strong focus on data consistency and scalability.
• Build resilient APIs and backend services for production environments.
• Collaborate with an international engineering team to deliver robust software solutions.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Take ownership of backend architecture and contribute to technical decisions.

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and PostgreSQL, especially handling concurrency and transactional consistency.
• Experience working in the banking or fintech industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, reliability, and failure scenarios.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:
Experience in Web3 or blockchain-based applications.
